Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
50g cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon English mustard powder
1 tablespoon milk

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark
Spread the butter on both slices of bread and place them on a baking tray.
In a bowl mix together the grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder until combined.
Add the milk and mix until it forms a paste.
Spread the cheese mixture onto both slices of bread and place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
