Ingredients:

1 skate fillet
2 tablespoons of plain flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Begin by preparing the skate fillet. Rinse it under cold water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut the fillet into two equal pieces.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Coat each piece of skate in the mixture and shake off any excess flour.
