Ingredients:

1 cup broken rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup diced pork loin
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the pork loin and cook until lightly browned. Then add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Add the fish sauce and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
