Ingredients:

100g shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as cilantro or mint)
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all
purpose flour

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, bean sprouts, herbs, coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar. Mix until everything is well combined.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until it forms a thin layer on the bottom of the pan.
Pour the shrimp mixture into the center of the pan and spread it out evenly. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown on one side. Flip over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment. Enjoy!
