Ingredients:

60g of ground pork
1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
1/4 cup of diced carrots
1/4 cup of diced onions
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, mushrooms, carrots and onions.
In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork mixture and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the filling into a steamed bun wrapper and fold according to package instructions or desired shape. Place on a steamer basket over boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until buns are cooked through and fluffy. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or condiments!
