Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 cups cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and cardamom and cook for another minute.
Add the green beans and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
Spread the green bean mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
