Ingredients:

200g smoked salmon
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
