Ingredients:

200g firm tofu
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons grated ginger
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, honey, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the tofu and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, carrots, and green onions.
Once the tofu is done baking, let it cool for a few minutes before adding it to the salad.
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salad and toss to combine.
