Ingredients:

2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
Place the bell pepper strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until the peppers are tender and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
