Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa
2 zucchinis, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
