Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1
inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lemon juice
