Ingredients:

200g pulled pork
2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon of butter

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the pulled pork in a baking dish and spread the BBQ sauce and honey over it.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Place the bread slices in the skillet, mayonnaise side down, and cook until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the skillet and assemble the sandwich by adding the pulled pork and the other slice of bread.
