Ingredients:

200g cooked prawns
1 mango, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the prawns, mango, red onion and red pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
