Ingredients:

200g cooked octopus tentacles
1 potato, diced into small cubes
1 red bell pepper, diced into small cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the diced potatoes and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the cooked octopus tentacles to the skillet and season with paprika powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and white wine vinegar. Stir to combine all ingredients together.
Cook for 10 minutes until all ingredients are heated through and lightly browned.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley leaves before serving warm or cold as desired.
