Ingredients:

1 pork chop (200g)
1 garlic clove (3g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
1/2 teaspoon of paprika (2g)
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper (1g)
1/4 teaspoon of oregano (1g)
6 small clams (150g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, paprika, black pepper and oregano to make a marinade.
Place the pork chop in the marinade and coat it evenly on both sides. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Place the pork chop in an oven-safe dish and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
In a separate pan over medium heat, add the clams and cook for 5 minutes or until they open up.
Serve the pork chop with the clams on top and enjoy!
