Ingredients:

200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 potatoes (diced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice if desired.
