Ingredients:

500g pork shoulder or leg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Rub the pork with garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin and salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork and brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for about 1 hour and 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C when tested with a meat thermometer.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
