Ingredients:

200g of fresh white fish fillet (such as cod or haddock)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the fish fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the fish fillet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
