Ingredients:

200g salted cod fillet
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into cubes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Soak the salted cod in cold water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the paprika powder and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients together.
Add the drained cod fillet to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes such as boiled rice or roasted vegetables! Enjoy!
