Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 slice of stale white bread, cut into cubes
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cubed bread to the pan and stir to combine with the garlic and olive oil. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted.
