Ingredients:

1 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander powder
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder (if using), garlic and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
Place the chicken breast in the marinade and coat it evenly with the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
Preheat your rotisserie oven to 375°F/190°C. Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit and cook for about 40 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on all sides. Make sure to turn it occasionally so that it cooks evenly on all sides.
Once cooked through, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving hot with your favorite side dishes or salads! Enjoy!
