Ingredients:

1 can of tuna (170g)
1/2 cup of diced apples (100g)
1/4 cup of diced celery (50g)
1/4 cup of diced walnuts (50g)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (30g)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (15g)
Salt and pepper to taste
