Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
½ cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup of cucumber, diced
¼ cup of red onion, diced
¼ cup of feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl combine the pesto sauce and olive oil. Mix until combined.
Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and mix until all the pasta is coated with the pesto mixture.
Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and feta cheese to the bowl and mix until everything is combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
