Ingredients:

1 boneless chicken breast (150g)
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons plain yogurt or curd (30g)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30ml)
Salt to taste For the Naan:
½ cup all
purpose flour (60g)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons plain yogurt or curd (30g)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30ml)
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the garam masala, cumin, coriander and turmeric powders. Add in the yogurt and oil and mix until combined. Add salt to taste.
Rub the marinade onto the chicken breast and set aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F and place chicken on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the naan dough by combining all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, yogurt, oil and salt in a bowl and kneading until a soft dough is formed. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into an oval shape about 1 cm thick using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface. Place on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown in color.
Serve hot tandoori chicken with naan breads on the side!
