Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas (400g)
1 red onion (50g)
2 cloves of garlic (10g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30ml)
1 teaspoon of dried oregano (5g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Drain the chickpeas and rinse them in cold water.
Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic.
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, red onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
