Ingredients:

1 can (400g) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of tahini paste
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Place the chickpeas in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the garlic, tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper to the food processor and blend until all ingredients are combined.
Taste the hummus for seasoning and adjust as needed.
Serve with pita bread or vegetables for dipping.
