Ingredients:

500g pork tenderloin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the pork on the grill and cook for about 7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin slices. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
