Ingredients:

2 lamb chops (approx. 200g each)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon and salt.
Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the lamb chops and cook for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
