Ingredients:

2 beef steaks (200g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste For the yogurt sauce:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the beef steaks. Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the yogurt sauce until combined. Serve alongside the grilled beef steaks.
