Ingredients:

100g somen noodles
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking sake)
2 tablespoons sake (cooking wine)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the somen noodles. Cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake.
Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
