Ingredients:

200g silken tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Drain the silken tofu and cut into cubes. Place the cubes on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and mirin until combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil (if using). Add the cubed tofu to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir to coat the tofu evenly. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the tofu.
Serve hot as a side or main dish with steamed rice or noodles of your choice.
