Ingredients:

2 slices of pita bread
2 tablespoons of hummus
1/4 cup of cooked eggplant cubes
1/4 cup of cooked potato cubes
1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tahini sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
