Ingredients:

250g lamb mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl combine the lamb mince, onion, garlic, parsley, mint and spices. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized kebabs and place on a preheated grill or barbecue over medium-high heat.
