Ingredients:

200g lamb mince
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped finely
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped finely
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the lamb mince with the cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic, parsley and mint. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into 4 kebabs and place on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
