Ingredients:

1/2 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the bulgur wheat, onion, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bulgur wheat mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini paste, lemon juice, water and remaining tablespoon of olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the same skillet over medium-high heat and add the kibbeh mixture back in. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Serve with the tahini sauce on top or on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
