Ingredients:

250g puff pastry dough
150g feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, parsley, dill, olive oil and salt and pepper until combined.
Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Place 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each piece of dough and fold over to form a triangle shape. Press down the edges to seal in the filling.
Place the burekas onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
