Ingredients:

2 pork chops (about 200g each)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee (clarified butter)
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, garam masala, cumin, coriander, chili powder (if using), turmeric and garlic. Add the pork chops and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat the oil or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
