Ingredients:

1 fillet of white fish (cod or haddock)
2 tablespoons of tandoori paste
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of garam masala
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a bowl, mix together the tandoori paste, yogurt, cumin, coriander and garam masala until combined.
Place the fish fillet in a baking dish and pour over the tandoori mixture. Rub it into the fish to ensure it is evenly coated.
Drizzle over the vegetable oil and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with steamed rice or naan bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
