Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups frozen peas (mutter)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric and garam masala and cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are softened.
Add the frozen peas (mutter) and salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the peas are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving. Enjoy!
