Ingredients:

250g ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the cumin, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and tomato paste to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the peas to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until heated through. Season with salt to taste.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread for a delicious meal!
