Ingredients:

500g ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
2 tablespoons tomato paste or puree
1 cup frozen peas
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion and cook until softened and lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger paste and cook for another minute.
Add the garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder (if using), tomato paste or puree, frozen peas, salt to taste and stir to combine everything together. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the cooked ground beef back into the skillet and stir to combine everything together. Simmer for about 10 minutes until everything is cooked through and heated through. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly if needed.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread on the side! Enjoy!
