Ingredients:

200g boneless fish fillet (any white fish)
2 tablespoons chickpea flour (besan)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
Rub this mixture onto the fish fillet and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the marinated fish fillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or raita of your choice!
