Ingredients:

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger paste and cook for another minute.
Add the potatoes and stir to combine with the onion mixture. Cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are lightly browned.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well to combine with the potatoes. Cook for another 3 minutes or until fragrant.
Add salt to taste and stir to combine everything together. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. Stir occasionally during cooking time to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.
