Ingredients:

1 boneless chicken breast (150g)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
¼ cup water
Salt to taste
½ cup cooked basmati rice

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the chicken breast and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned on both sides.
Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, garlic, onion, green chillies and tomatoes to the pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Pour in the water and season with salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve hot with cooked basmati rice on the side. Enjoy!
