Ingredients:

2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil for shallow frying For the Mint Chutney:
½ cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl mix together mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and shape into small patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
For the mint chutney blend together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve aloo tikki with mint chutney.
