Ingredients:

200g haricot vert (green beans)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the haricot vert and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until combined.
Place the haricot vert in a large bowl and pour the dressing over top. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
