Ingredients:

1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
