Ingredients:

100g Halloumi cheese
100g Watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut the Halloumi cheese into cubes and place in a bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the Halloumi cubes and toss to coat.
Place the Halloumi cubes on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the watermelon mixture on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the Halloumi and watermelon from the grill and place in a bowl.
Toss to combine and serve.
