Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
