Ingredients:

2 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of lettuce
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of butter
1 chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken breast for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the cheese, tomato, lettuce, and bacon on one slice of bread.
Place the cooked chicken breast on top of the bacon.
Top with the other slice of bread.
Spread the butter on the outside of the sandwich.
Grill the sandwich for 4-5 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
